Our work is limited to three closely related things, and everything on this site describes one of them.
Vrishchika Infotech is an MSME-registered software development firm based in Surat, Gujarat, India. The firm focuses on mobile application development, website development and custom software for businesses that need reliable, maintainable digital products rather than something that works once and then cannot be changed.
That narrowness is deliberate. A firm offering everything tends to be adequate at most of it, so we have kept the list short and stayed with projects we can carry properly from the first requirement through to release and the support that follows. When a request falls outside software development, we say so rather than taking the work and learning on somebody else’s budget.
Our approach combines practical engineering, modern development technologies and clear communication throughout the development lifecycle. In practice that means choosing tools that suit the problem, writing code another developer can pick up, and keeping you informed at each stage instead of only at the end.

How we work
The same method applies whether the project is one mobile application or a system several teams inside a company will open every morning.
Most of the difficulty in a software project is not the code. It is agreeing what the software has to do, deciding what can wait, and keeping everyone informed while the work is under way. We spend real time on those three things before and during development, because a clear brief costs far less than a rebuild.
A written scope
Before development starts we put the requirement in writing: what the product has to do, who uses it, and what belongs in this phase rather than a later one. You approve that document, and it stays the reference for the rest of the build.
Deliberate technology choices
Frameworks, hosting and third-party services are chosen for the requirement in front of us and for whoever maintains the result afterwards. We do not put a technology on a project only because it is new.
Regular, plain updates
You hear what is finished, what is in progress and what is blocked, in ordinary language. Anything that changes the scope is raised when it comes up, not saved for handover.
Documentation and handover
At the end you receive the source code, the setup notes and the accounts the product runs on. Another developer should be able to continue the work without needing us, even where we stay on for maintenance.

Three commitments that occasionally cost us a project, and are worth keeping anyway.
We will not quote before we understand the requirement
A number produced in the first conversation is a guess wearing a decimal point. We ask questions first, and where part of the requirement is still open we say which part of the estimate depends on it instead of hiding the uncertainty inside a total.
We will not commit to a date we have not planned for
A timeline comes from a plan with the actual tasks in it, not from whatever sounds encouraging on a call. If something slips, you hear about it while there is still time to decide what to do, which is the only point at which the information is worth anything.
We will not hand over code nobody else can maintain
Code that only its author understands is a liability for the business that paid for it. We prefer conventional structure, readable naming and written notes to a shortcut that saves a week during the build and costs a month a year later.

What we build
These are the categories of work the team takes on. They describe capability rather than history: this is not a portfolio, and none of the entries below refers to a particular client or a completed project.
Customer-facing mobile apps
Android and iOS applications that customers use directly, with accounts, content, notifications and payment flows where a project calls for them.
Business websites
Information and enquiry websites that load quickly, read properly on a phone and can be kept current without a developer for routine edits.
Internal business tools
Systems that replace spreadsheets and manual registers: records, task tracking, approvals and the rest of what the working day actually involves.
